What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop learning content such as PPT decks, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, and assessments

  • Build structured learning journeys for product training, sales enablement, induction, and leadership programs

  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance

  • Ensure content is engaging, learner-focused, and aligned to clear outcomes

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design / L&D content development

  • Strong working skills in:

  • PowerPoint (PPT)

  • Articulate Storyline 360

  • Camtasia

  • LMS (Learning Management Systems)

  • Strong communication and attention to detail (English required)

111- Asst. Manager - Graphic
Designing

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design visually compelling learning and training content for corporate audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-quality visuals for training decks (PPT), workbooks, infographics, and learning assets

  • Create clean layouts and brand-consistent templates for learning journeys and presentations

  • Support eLearning design with graphics, icons, banners, and visual elements

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to convert content into engaging visuals

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design (corporate/training design preferred)

  • Strong working skills in:

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Figma / Canva (as applicable)

    • PowerPoint design & layout

  • Strong sense of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

  • Ability to work fast without compromising quality

104- Senior Manager - Human Resource

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven capability in hiring, performance management, stakeholder handling, and team leadership

  • Excellent communication, maturity, and decision-making skills

  • Experience in L&D / training industry is a plus
